Summary: Great service at reception, friendly staff everywhere you go. Felt welcome at all levels. Close to Florenc tubestation for good connections. Close to the Vlatava river. Reasonably priced. Swimming pool and spa facilities

Summary: Check in was slow, they mixed up our booking with anouther guest, had to ask for a cot to be removed from the room, second key card didn’t work so got stuck in the lobby. If you get rooms ending 50 you are really far from the elevator. Pool towels are teeny, it’s very deep and cold with the doors open to outside, ladies sauna is lovely, you can ask for goggles and floaties at the desk. The lifeguard kindly brought me a larger towel to modestly use the spa. Breakfast was standard, bit weird sitting in the lobby (family section). Priced out of using the hotel bars and restaurants but there is some good restaurants nearby and a supermarket over the car park for an affordable bottle of wine. Beds were super comfy and nice having a separate toilet to shower. Cloud bar is a nice novelty. Staff were lovely (Alexandra on reception very friendly, gave lots of info on the hotel and made sure everything was good for us)(David at breakfast made sure our family had everything and sincerely wished us a nice day - we left with a smile). Okay for a night, ready to move onto our Airbnb with lots more space and local pricing. Oh and if you want hot water for tea it’s in the metal jug not from the coffee machine.

Summary: The rooms were very loud and you could hear everything from the other rooms / hallway. Furthermore every night people were talking etc to 1 o’clock. The cleaning was also not good. On the positive side are loads of parking, good breakfast and nice location. All in all would only stay here again if you need the parking. Otherwise there are better options

Summary: This was our favorite place to stay in all the german and czech places we stayed at - we loved the bathroom (and we requested a tub!!) and the riverside view especially. It was the best place we've stayed at in a long time! We also enjoyed the souvenir store and found the prices were competitive to similar places nearby. Thank you!

Summary: The hotel is huge and beautiful. Room & bathroom were large but could use better use of space. Like more drawers. (There were fake ones in the console table) Also better use of space in bathroom like hooks for towels/clothes and a vanity to place stuff. A shower curtain would be useful. Couldn’t figure out how to take a proper shower without spraying down the bathroom. No washcloths which is common out of US but aren’t the Hiltons Americans? Went to rooftop bar but only the tiny section outside, which was full, had a good view. There was a long walk on the view side to get to the bar—why didn’t they put the rooftop bar there? Also the location is on the other side of a highway making it difficult/unpleasant to walk to the sites.
