Summary: I have stayed at the Hilton Prague Atrium several times in the past and have generally had good experiences, which is why I continue to choose this property. Unfortunately, my most recent stay was disappointing. The check-in process took over an hour, even though it was not during the typical peak check-in time of around 3:00 PM. The room initially assigned to me also had a strong cigarette smoke odor, resembling an ashtray from excessive smoking. This issue was addressed promptly and I was given another room, which I appreciated. Later that evening around 11:00 PM, I attempted to contact the front desk multiple times to request a dental kit, but no one answered the phone. I was eventually able to reach the desk in the morning, though the request was not resolved. I shared this feedback during check-out. The staff were polite, but the response focused mostly on explanations rather than acknowledging the concerns raised. Given my positive past stays, I hope this feedback can be used to improve the guest experience going forward.

Summary: The room and quality of the food couldn't be faulted. Service was also impeccable. However, I couldn't give it 5 stars because overall the hotel just feels too big and impersonal. The sheer number of rooms made the check-in experience rather daunting - although the staff did their best to keep the long queue happy with cakes and glasses of fizz. By contrast, the swimming pool and sauna area was surprisingly small and often very crowded. Fine for business, less so for a relaxing city break.

Summary: The hotel grounds is really nice, as was the room and staff. I don’t normally have negative things to say about a hotel but: 1. The check in process took almost an HOUR - I’ve never seen a line like that before. There were a lot of staff too, and once served it didn’t take long at all, but the queue was massive. 2. Water pressure in shower was weak 3. The minibar wouldn’t open and despite raising it to the front desk, no one was sent to come fix it

Summary: Staff do not speak Czech or English(most of them).Breakfast very good.Wellness was disapointing as womens sauna closed and very small swimming pool with screaming kids...lovely hotel but for these reasons will not use again as we specifically pick to use Wellness in Winter time....

Summary: From start to finish this hotel is one of the best i have stayed in. Staff, rooms, food, bars, casino, sky bar, breskfast, dinner just amazing. And so reasonably priced. Would definitely return. Thank you to all for a great stay.
